FAQ

Do I need to register my drone to fly legally in Bulgaria?

Yes, if the drone weighs more than 250 g (or has a camera and is not C0 safety class), you are required to register as an operator in the system of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) and enter the registration number of the drone. Registration is online, one-time per year and is mandatory before the first flight. EASA rules are updated periodically, so we recommend that you always check the latest CAA requirements before flying.

Where can I legally fly a drone?

Outside airport areas, military sites, closed parks and densely populated areas, while maintaining a minimum distance from people and buildings according to the flight subcategory (A1, A2 or A3). We recommend that you check the current restricted areas using an official application such as the CAA's "Drone Radar" before each flight.

How do I store and charge the drone battery properly?

LiPo/Li-ion batteries like a moderate charge — when storing for more than a week, keep them at around 50–60%, in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Charge only with the manufacturer's recommended charger and never leave a charging battery unattended.

What exactly is included in the drone kit I am buying?

Contents vary by SKU (Standard Kit, Fly More Combo, etc.). The full list of included accessories is listed in the „What Do You Get?“ tab of each product — check it before ordering if you need extra batteries or a bag.

How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders within Bulgaria are usually delivered in 1 business day via courier, and for addresses in the EU - between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination. You can see the exact delivery times and cost when finalizing the order.

Can I return the drone if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, if you have ordered a DJI drone and have not yet activated it, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, provided that the drone is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. However, if you have already turned on the drone and activated it, it cannot be returned because activation is an irreversible process and the drone's international warranty begins to run!

Which drone is suitable for a beginner pilot?

To start, we recommend a lightweight model (under 250 g) with automatic stabilization modes and a Return to Home function. Such models are more affordable, easier to control, and do not require pilot registration, as long as their weight remains below the 250 g threshold. These are DJI drones from the Mini, Neo 2, Lito, Flip series.

Do you offer a warranty on the DJI drones you sell?

Yes, we are an official DJI partner and all drones in our store come with an official manufacturer's warranty of 24 months for individuals and 12 months for companies. What memory card is recommended for DJI drones?

High-speed memory cards are recommended for DJI drones, as they shoot at up to 5.2K video resolution. Such cards ensure smooth, high-resolution video recording without interruptions or stuttering.

Do I need a special charger to charge my DJI drone and batteries?

DJI drones and their batteries are usually charged via USB-C, which is why chargers like the UGREEN 130W or BASEUS 65W GaN5 with USB-C ports are a convenient solution. To charge your drone batteries as quickly as possible, it is important that the charger has the right power!

Are ND filters suitable for shooting in bright daylight?

Yes, the ND filter set is specially designed for shooting in strong sunlight and allows for better exposure control. They help achieve more natural-looking video, especially with fast-moving subjects.
