Do I need to register my drone to fly legally in Bulgaria?

Yes, if the drone weighs more than 250 g (or has a camera and is not C0 safety class), you are required to register as an operator in the system of the General Directorate of Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) and enter the registration number of the drone. Registration is online, one-time per year and is mandatory before the first flight. EASA rules are updated periodically, so we recommend that you always check the latest CAA requirements before flying.

Where can I legally fly a drone?

Outside airport areas, military sites, closed parks and densely populated areas, while maintaining a minimum distance from people and buildings according to the flight subcategory (A1, A2 or A3). We recommend that you check the current restricted areas using an official application such as the CAA's "Drone Radar" before each flight.

How do I store and charge the drone battery properly?

LiPo/Li-ion batteries like a moderate charge — when storing for more than a week, keep them at around 50–60%, in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Charge only with the manufacturer's recommended charger and never leave a charging battery unattended.

What exactly is included in the drone kit I am buying?

How many days will it take for my order to be delivered?

Can I return the drone if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, if you have ordered a DJI drone and have not yet activated it, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, provided that the drone is unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. However, if you have already turned on the drone and activated it, it cannot be returned because activation is an irreversible process and the drone's international warranty begins to run!

Which drone is suitable for a beginner pilot?

To start, we recommend a lightweight model (under 250 g) with automatic stabilization modes and a Return to Home function. Such models are more affordable, easier to control, and do not require pilot registration, as long as their weight remains below the 250 g threshold. These are DJI drones from the Mini, Neo 2, Lito, Flip series.
