Support information for the EVO II V1 and V2 drone series

In November 2022, Autel Robotics updated support for its Evo II V1 and V2 models after the release of V3. However, due to the lack of specific information and official communication and many questions from users, we will clarify the exact dates and details.

The end of production for the older versions of the EVO II series does not mean the end of customer service life. Below is the official and now public customer service plan for the EVO II V1 and V2 series.

What to expect after the end of production and before the end of customer service:

Repair service will still be available after the end of product date and before the end of service date for customers with these drones. Autel will offer paid or free repair service in accordance with the policy and warranty validity of the drone. In the event that parts are not available for service, customers can return the original drone to Autel Robotics for damage inspection, and they will offer a replacement plan that you can exchange with your current V1 or V2 drone for up to 30% off the original price of a new drone towards your next purchase from Autel Robotics.

What to expect after the end of customer service date:

Repair service will no longer be available after the end of customer service date. Customers can return the original drone to Autel Robotics for damage inspection, and we will offer a plan where you can exchange your current V1 or V2 drone with up to 10% off a new drone from Autel Robotics.
